	Well hello there! I’m Jacquie Lloyd Smith the founder of the Strategic Play Group LTD. & Master Trainer in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods! I'm also the co-author of 3 books Strategic Play: Vol 1, 2, & 3

 

I'm so happy you're here!  Now that we are connected we want to share some great tools designed for creative facilitators, un-consultants, and "back of the room" trainers just like you.  

You're now part of the play movement! 

 

I was a young art and play therapist back in the ‘90s when I realized people flourish when we provide them with visual tools that facilitate them to tell their stories.  Shortly after I entered the business world I graduated with an MBA. I could see a huge disconnect between the status quo and how people prefer to think and work. Leaders complained organizations were not reaching their strategic goals, conflicts were commonplace, people were working in silos, and business owners saw their resources were being wasted.

 

But the saddest thing we noticed, people were unhappy at work. 

 

In 2003, I set out on a personal mission to bring creative thinking, with art and play techniques, into the boardrooms. To help people work happy! 

And since you are here, we know you also want to change how people work.  You likely already know that play and creativity facilitate productivity and you too are excited to join the play movement! We can't wait to share with you all the ways that our systematic methods work to deliver results!  

 

Since 2003, we have delivered workshops for banks, hospitals, municipalities, and retail giants; and the list of industries grows every year. We have even built with LEGO® bricks at the United Nations Leadership Summit in New York.  We are also considered "Best in Class" by Procter and Gamble (the largest packaged goods company in the world). 

Last year—2016— we were invited to and worked in 11 different countries. This year we have expanded our offerings and have developed a wonderful team of excellent trainers. Our unique training programs are being delivered in multiple languages and we now offer LEGO® Serious Play certification on four continents.  We even have some courses available now online.

I am passionate about improving how people work and I know you want to be a part of this positive play movement too.
