Exchange on October  18 with  the only written quote provided.  Upon arrival I told Matt not to put any  materials down that were going to be washed  away given the weather.  He confirmed that it would be fine as they would tamp everything down.

Lower Area after

drainage issues identified here  November 3, 2021

Photo taken by  Matt F. When Matt called me in Arizona on  November 3rd, I  reminded  him that he said he was going to "Tamp" everything  down and ensure this didn't  happen and he said "We  couldn't  tamp it down as it  was raining." He  then assured me that the  drain was  all  we  needed.

Video's sent to Matt F. Showing the damage and his instructions that the water should run by stairs. Phone calls made and conversation confirmed that the water could  safely  run by  the stairs.

hbstairsmeasure Material around the stairs has washed away and left stones stairs exposed and unstable. We placed the larger rocks under the  "steps" to prevent them from falling.
hmstairs2
hbmaterialswashedupper The lack  of drainage forced the water to run over the rocks at the bottom of the  property and took with  is sand and gravel and it's now on the side of the hill where it can not be reached.
