With over 25 years of experience in the destination resort and capital markets sectors, Paul is responsible for the overall performance of Replay. Under Paul's leadership, Replay acquires, envisions, develops, builds, markets, and operates resorts and communities that satisfy strict investment criteria. Paul brings a strong track record of achievements to Replay based on his ability to deliver results, develop and execute new business models, and bring clarity to complex business situations. Prior to joining Replay in 2013, Paul's resume includes President and COO of Mountain Creek Resort; SVP, Placemaking at Intrawest; and CFO of Boyne Resorts.

Dr. Toni Hawkins-Scribner is the Chief of Operations at the Defense Contract Audit Institute, Leadership Academy, and the past Director of Research and Academic Advisor at the Department of Defense, The Air University, Squadron Officer School. 

Dr. Hawkins-Scribner is an educator, designer, and retired U.S. Department of the Air Force veteran. Previously, she served across multiple military leadership education and medical training programs including: managing Air Force medical degree programs at the Community College of the Air Force; guiding teaching and curricula teams in DoD USAF medical courses and Air Force Professional Military Education programs; and leading Headquarters Air University-level innovation teams, pioneering new ways to design, develop, and integrate learning strategies and emerging educational technologies into formative student and faculty learning experiences. 

Toni completed her doctoral work at Peabody College, Vanderbilt University. Research interests include learning sciences, learning technologies, immersive learning, mentoring/coaching, and virtual learning environments.

Paul Propster is a seasoned storyteller, strategy-lover, line-blurrer, dot-connector, and message-driven professional. With more than 25 years in strategic communications, Paul has helped clients across industry to tell their stories. From small, women-owned businesses to energy to technology to NASA, he partners with teams to cultivate a narrative that produces greater emotional investment in stakeholders.

From 2014-2024, Paul was the resident “Storytelling Architect” and Senior Strategist for NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab's Office of Formulation. In his first 2 years at JPL, he led the capture of several space science missions for Earth, Solar System, and Astrophysics ranging in value from $50M to $450M.

In 2022, Paul established JPL's first StoryLab, with the purpose of embedding the power of narrative thinking across the Lab. StoryLab helps teams with “stuck” stories, leads strategic communications efforts, and develops credible messengers for science, engineering, and technology.

Jacquie received her training in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method directly with the LEGO® Group in Denmark, and she worked with them for years as a licensed trainer. In 2007, she received the Partner Business Growth award from the LEGO Group, Play for Business division. Jacquie was appointed to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® training board in 2009, where she worked to create the open source LSP model in use today. In 2019, she created the leading-edge community, the Strategic Play Facilitators Network. Today, this large network of global facilitators is dedicated to the development of and advancement of the use of play and other creative hands-on tools for thinking, problem-solving, engagement, and innovation. Jacquie's educational background is an interesting mix of the arts, psychology, sociology, and innovation. She taught for over 10 years at the University of Western; she also taught at Royal Roads University, Lakehead University, and the Austrian Marketing University.  Today, she focuses her energy on helping others by revolutionizing how they think to solve messy problems and to improve their business functions using playful methods. She holds an MA and an MBA, both from Royal Roads University. She is a Registered Art Therapist, a Certified Management Consultant, and a Fellow with the Royal Society of Arts.

Matt Jones is a PhD student in Organizational Leadership at Purdue University, where he explores the intersection of creative problem-solving, cognitive diversity, agile strategy, and leadership training. As a recent Certified Master Facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods, Matt's work combines play with serious strategic outcomes. Over the last eight years, he has taught a range of audiences from junior high Taiwanese exchange students to Silicon Slopes women founders, and even Mandela Washington Fellows—young African leaders backed by the U.S. State Department. He is a local business owner alongside his wife, and a dad of two girls (soon to be three!). If not playing with LEGO bricks with his kids, you can find him in his backyard with his chickens.

Steve is passionate about catalyzing ingenuity in those he comes into contact with.  He is Founder and CEO of Open Ingenuity, LLC, an organization focused on consulting, coaching, and producing special events that facilitate creative leadership. One of these special event productions Dr. Ralph founded and directs is the EPIC International Summit. This annual four-day experience is designed for professionals from around the world and across industries to immerse themselves in experiential workshops, thought leader sessions, and activities that aim to catalyze creativity and innovation for professional, personal, and social impact.

As a professor at Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School, Dr. Ralph teaches courses in creativity and innovation, leadership, and team dynamics. He consults with organizations utilizing the creative problem-solving process, is a certified trainer in the FourSight Thinking Assessment, and a coach, with training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Dr. Ralph's professional background has included business development and corporate relations roles in higher education, entertainment, and nonprofit industries.

Dr. Ralph earned his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University.  He is a frequent speaker at international creativity conferences and has been active in several professional organizations, including the Creative Education Foundation and Consortium of Southern California of Colleges and Universities, where he served as co-chair for the Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties region.  Dr. Ralph's research interests are centered in creativity and innovation, with special focus in personal disruption, pause practices, and the impact of exponential technology.

Brain Tang is Chief Ding Officer at Ding Maker International.  His playground includes Macau, Hong Kong, and China, where he trains and facilitates in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. As an award-winning communicator and a professional people developer, Brian specializes in training and facilitating in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, leadership development, adult learning, and design and delivery of blended learning. He has delivered a vast array of programs, including leadership development, management skills, business psychology, team development, guest service, storytelling & presentation, and train-the-trainer, covering thousands of participants from all walks of life. Sectors where Brian has trained and served include gaming and hospitality, F&B, universities, banks, utilities, governments, NGOs, and legislative council members. He is also a certified facilitator of TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Australia, and he is a Registered Corporate Coach™. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Mathematics.

Joe Leung is the Founder and Play Specialist at P-Cube Education in Hong Kong. He is a creative educator who is full of energy and passion. With experience as a teacher in local primary and secondary schools for more than 15 years, he is experienced in pedagogy, classroom management, and school administration. 

As a certified facilitator of LEGO®️ SERIOUS Play®️ Methodology, Joe introduces this powerful tool to schools which brings benefits to different stakeholders. He initiates innovative elements in different schools and educational institutions, which help them to transform in terms of school management ,teachers' pedagogy, and students' development.  

Joe is enthusiastic in teaching and he strongly believes in the “Power of Play”. He integrates play and teaching in order to bring the best learning experience to his students, no matter if it is a 12-year-old child or the CEO of a Fortune 500 corporation. 

With the powerful tool of LEGO®️ Serious Play®️, together with the methodologies from LEGO®️ Six Bricks, LEGO®️ Playbox, Design Thinking, Design Sprint and Board Game Education, Joe incorporates all these playful tools into the business context. He facilitates individuals, teams, and organizations to connect with each other and solve their problems. Joe, who is also a certified and licensed trainer of the method of LEGO®️ Serious Play®️, is excited to share his experience with this life changing tool with all players in Hong Kong.

Sarah D. Moyle is a Senior Consultant at Intel Flex in Portland, Oregon, where she works as a creative facilitator and visual storyteller. She introduced innovative facilitation methods inside a Fortune 500 technology giant. A self-taught graphic recorder and graphic facilitator, Sarah loves to spark and encourage creative and visual thinking in others. In addition, she creates explanatory and marketing whiteboard animation videos on a variety of topics ranging from technology to policy.

Upon discovery of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® she quickly fell in love. The uniqueness and engagement of the methodology is the perfect match for her social, creative, and playful spirit. Sarah loves designing thoughtful and effective sessions that yield the desired outputs – and gets very excited about finding new ways to apply LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. As a bonus, spending so much time with LEGO® bricks is earning her mad-building skills that will impress her toddler when he gets older.

On a personal note, Sarah enjoys exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her family, traveling to new places, and terrifying her neighborhood/co-workers on Halloween. It's pretty easy to tell which house is hers in October.

Stephen is a connector and a natural-born team builder and problem-solver.

He has travelled around the world with LEGO® bricks in hand, working with a variety of clients from banking to healthcare to security. He has trained and facilitated with LEGO® throughout North, Central, and South America, as well as in the EU, Oceania, and Asia. His clients include the United States Air Force, Ernst & Young, Chick-Fil-A, the United Nations, and numerous banks, municipal governments, and healthcare service providers.

Stephen is a certified and licensed Strategic Play facilitator and trainer with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. He has Level II certification in Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making.  From time to time, he teaches in the MBA program at Royal Roads University and acts as a Strategic Mentor.

Stephen is a graduate of Royal Roads University in Executive Coaching; he also holds certifications in Project Management and Agile Project Management.  He comes from a mechanical and building background and has over 10 years' experience as a bicycle mechanic. As a designer, he holds certifications as a luthier (guitar builder) and studio wood furniture maker. He is also an accomplished musician.

Stephen credits his creative talents to playing with LEGO® as a child.

Scott is a Master Facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods and Materials and a Trainer with Strategic Play Global focusing on the USA Playground. His journey spans healthcare, higher education, and strategic advisory roles, where he has led teams to achieve significant financial, operational, and quality performance milestones, earning nationwide recognition in the healthcare sector. He is the co-founder and Chief Play Officer of AgonConsulting LLC a creative solutions studio which is on a mission to curate the course and conditions that take your ideas from imagination to inception, give them form and help them scale, so you can change the world. He also serves as MBA Program Director and Assistant Professor of Management at Pacific Union College and as a Senior Partner and Chief Financial Officer with CGA Healthcare Holdings, a tailored advisory service and innovation platform that connects healthcare organizations with expert networks and proven solutions to boost capacity, enhance financial performance, and drive sustainable growth.
